The purpose of this training is to help make your job easier and to help you be more efficient and effective. The training will empower you to do what you know is necessary and right so your classroom is a fabulous place for children (and for you and your coworkers) to be nurtured, to learn and to grow.
Solving problems is hard. Rarely does one quick, easy answer suffice. Many times the cause of a problem is complex and multifaceted, or completely mysterious. Often problems are not what they appear to be on the surface. Choose the problems you most like to solve, because you never get rid of problems. Sometimes they become deeper, more interesting problems to solve.
One training can not address all possible problems, and many good solutions are undoubtedly missing in this training. I hope the suggestions included here will serve to stimulate your own ideas.
