Joining the Ivy teaching team for the first time and trying to become familiar with the ‘Teachers Task’ can be very overwhelming and may build frustration. However, moving forward each year as we tackle the Teachers task’, the experience of doing Observations, Semester Reports, and Parent-Teacher Conferences gets better.
Having better ‘Time management’ is highly important as it helps teachers to be more organized and to complete task on time.
Making Learning Visible for Parents IA/IBS Training is aimed to help provide new teachers the idea of how Observations, Semester reports, and Parent-Teacher Conferences are connected in a form of sharing about the ‘Child as a Learner’.

学习可视化不仅对幼儿有着重要的影响，对家长来说也是意义非凡的。向家长展示孩子学到了什么，是如何学习的，孩子是怎样思考的，能够帮助家长更好的了解孩子，帮助家长了解孩子的学习方式，从而让家长也能够参与到幼儿的学习中，以便在家进一步支持幼儿的学习与发展。除此之外，让家长看到孩子的学习，也能够有效的促进家园的合作，帮助建立家长对老师、对学校的信任以及在专业上的认可。让家长看到孩子的学习这门培训课旨在帮助艾毅幼儿园的老师们理解“幼儿观察”、“学期报告”以及“家长教师一对一见面会”都是如何开展的，以及这几个环节之间的关系。从而实现帮助家长看到并且了解孩子的学习。
